Props to you, I could never get myself to spend that kind of money to paint a lip kit. Especially if it was a crappy one off eBay.

I still say make the seller refund or replace the parts. It was damaged in transit. Contact eBay if he refuses to help.

nah i only have good things to say about polyurethane kits. i think i might have some old pics of my 7th gen with my kit on, have to look.. but there was never an issue with it. -however, my kit didnt come in bent like yours, but just make sure that the body shop uses a flex agent so that the paint wont crack/chip off from bending during the install

I have urethane lips on my hatch and i have no problems with the paint peeling or cracking. I used a adhesive promotor called bulldog and a flex agent in the paint and its is still holding up after two years. I like urethane because it will not crack or break when you hit something,we got lots of pot holes in ny.

Yo I just got it installed for 550 with the Inspire Trunk garnish also...Yea I ordered the same one as yours and its a PITA!...Only the front lip fit flawlessly...for the rear and sides they had to heat it and drill it to the bumper... I was going to take pics but its raining and it jsut got painted... for sure its do-able

Ok I got my eBay body lip Spoilers installed today, and it's not as bad like everyone said. The guy in the pic his name is Porfy, he's a Professional auto tech. from Extreme Auto, Holyoke, MA.

The bent part wasn't a big issue, the auto tech guy use a heat gun and the shape was back to normal.

how long did the whole process take? you have to leave your car there, or did they paint it 1st then you took your car to have it installed?

They paint it first then I took my car to get it installed the next day. And it took them 5 hours to install it. I was there watching them putting it on the whole time. The front and rear was easy to installed. The side skirts took the longest, because there's an inch gap between the bottom of the side skirts and the side skirt lip kit which they have to drill and put 4 steel brackets on each sides to keep the side skirts secured.

VERY NICE! Your car looks clean, your mods are excellent. I really like the LED tails , and how they are a darker shade of red as well. Cant wait to see once you have the rims and coils.
